Can I return my leather bag in case I do not like the design?
A: Yes all Beyond Leather bags can be returned twice! Since we are aware that it is very risky for our customers to buy a product they can not take a look at before purchase. You can let us know if you do not like the design at all, than we will resend you another model. If you are still unsatisfied with your purchase we have a money back guarantee, in case the bag has not been used meanwhile.
NOTE: All costs for the second delivery must are buyers costs.
What is the age limit to become a Volunteer?
A: There is no Age limit. Everyone can become an volunteer. All generations are welcome to work with us on our projects. Any help is needed.
How long can I return the leather bag in case I am unsatisfied with it?
A: Customers can return their leather bags within 14 days. Any return and complain after 14 days, will be not accepted.
If I do not like the volunteer job, can I go back anytime?
A: In brochures, that you will receive, when signing up to become a volunteer, you also get a list with all of our policies regarding volunteering work. Every volunteer can go back. For organizational reasons, you are required to stay for two more weeks, so we are able to replace your position.
Can I also customized the give-away with a personal message?
A: Yes, you are able to customize the leather key chains with any initials, or messages up to 150 characters.
