About Us
Hundreds of people die each month because of the consumption of contaminated ground water. This is mainly caused due to the tanning industry from processing leather. Most people, that live near tanning industries, suffer various sever diseases such as cancer, skin colouring and tuberculosis.
Beyond Leather Co. committed itself to save those peoples live and the environment, by implementing proper waste water treatment plants, to ensure clean ground water in affected areas. We believe that every human has the right to access clean ground water. With the help of our customers we can make a difference. Together we can save people´s life.
We founded, together with our partner the World Health Organization, projects in Bangladesh and Vietnam that develop proper waste water treatment plants in co-operation of volunteers. Our Projects are sponsored by 10 percent of our company’s revenues and partly sponsored by our investors and normal donations on our website.
To keep our company running, we depend on our customer’s co-operation. To be able to deliver 100 percent recycled leather bags, we need your old, used leather bags, leather belts, leather jackets or other leather materials. Together with our creative designers we are turning your material into new, fashionable, unique leather bags.
Beyond Leather Co. is located in the Centrum of Rotterdam in the Netherlands and works at the current stage with 6 experienced creative and mind blowing artist from all over the world.
