What do volunteers do?
As volunteer you have will have the chance to live for a period of 8 – 24 weeks in Bangladesh or Vietnam. Depending on you skills and abilities, we offer a variety of volunteer jobs.
Job Overview
Engineer
For the montage of complex waste water treatment plants, we are always searching for engineers (different kinds) to support our Team for Waster water treatment plants.
Engineer for waste water treatment plants
If you have experience in working with waster water treatment plants, you might be our next Project manager/ Leader for a assigned area.
Area manager for volunteers
As area manager, you are responsible for every volunteers well doing. Ensuring there is enough food and drinks for every member, and coordinating activities of volunteers.
English teacher for children
Since there is still too many areas in Bangladesh and Vietnam with not suffiecient schools and teacher. Especially girls are not having enough access to a proper schood education. If you want to help out in the community with teaching basic and advanced english skills for children and adults, this might be the perfect position for you.
Project assistant
As project assistant we need your help in assisting our Engineers. Together with our Engineers, it will be you building a new waste water treatment plant. You will enable thousand of people to access safe and clean ground water. Be a life safer!
Note: We ensure that you are never will be demanded to carry out heavy or dangerous work. Unless you are strong and willing to do so.
Cost
We do not require you to spend a fortune to become a Volunteer, we merely charge a small registration and administration fee and a weekly fee for accommodation and food, which is required since you are not able to arrange your own accommodation at side.
Price list
Registration fee: 50 Euro
Weekly fee for accommodation and food:
Option 1 single tend: 200 Euro per week
Option 2 shared tend: 140 Euro per week
